This is my first book dedicated solely to my husband, Dr. James R. Webb, who has been my greatest champion and most enthusiastic reader since we met! He believed in my writing before I even conceived of becoming a published poet.

Description:

Spanning time from plague-ridden Medieval England to 21st century Texas, and cultures from Ancient Europe to Colonial America, these poems, some written in the voices of historical, legendary and literary figures, attempt to ford the distance in time and space between our modern-day experience and our forebears from the past, both imaginary and real, whose lives were limited by their circumstances.
